BRACIOLE IN MARINARA SAUCE

MARINARA SAUCE

Step 1 - 4

Pound out meat thinly, mix together filling and press into meat. Roll up tightly with filling inside.

Step 5-8

Tie up the beef roll with cooking twine to secure it and brown it in a large pot on all sides.

Cover with marinara and cook at 300˚ for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes with sauce.
