EASY CARBONARA  MAC AND CHEESE

PARMESAN

Ingredients

1 c

MILK

2 c

1 lb

salt

1/2 t

SHELL  PASTA

1/2 lb

PEPPERED BACON

2 T

FLOUR

1 c

WHITE CHEDDAR

GROUND NUTMEG

1 t

EGGS

1/2 t

PEPPER

Step 1

Cook shell pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions and drain.

Step 2

Cook bacon in the pot until crispy, then drain. Leave 2 Tablespoons of grease in the pot.

Step 3

Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute, then slowly add milk and cook 3-5 minutes until thickened.

Step 4

Beat the eggs in a small bowl and then slowly whisk in 1/2 cup of the hot sauce into the eggs.

Add back to the pot and cook for 3-5 minutes till thickened. Stir in the cheddar, half of the parmesan and the spices.

Step 6

Mix the pasta into the sauce until it's completely coated.

Step 7

Put the pasta in a serving dish and top with the remaining parmesan and crispy bacon.
