Step 1

Mix mustards, maple syrup and seasonings together in a bowl.

Step 2

Spread sauce evenly over the salmon.

Step 3

Mix breadcrumbs with seasonings together in a bowl.

Step 4

Sprinkle over the salmon, pressing gently so they stick to the sauce.

Step 5

Drizzle the bread crumbs with the olive oil.

Step 6

Bake in 375˚ oven for 25-30 minutes till flaky and cooked through.
