Step 1

Boil and drain pasta and return to the pot

Step 2

Add chopped sundried tomatoes, crumbled goat cheese and milk

Step 3

Stir everything together until cheese is melted and creamy

Step 4

Serve immediately with parmesan cheese and fresh basil, if desired.
