Chop peppers, zucchini, and onion into 1 - 1 1/2 inch pieces 

Marinate veggies and shrimp in olive oil, chopped garlic, salt and pepper for about 20 minutes

Place shrimp and veggies on skewers, alternating shrimp and vegetables

Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side

Brush kabobs with Miller's banana pepper mustard and grill for 1 minute more on each side

Serve with extra sauce for dipping!
