Step 1

Clean, trim and halve artichokes and remove the choke.

Step 2

Mix olive oil, lemon juice, parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper.

Step 3

Spread cheese mixture over artichokes halves.

Step 4

Bake in a 400˚ oven for 10-15 minutes. Loosely cover with foil and bake another 25-35 minutes.
