Melt butter, minced garlic, lemon juice and zest in a pot over low heat

Drizzle jumbo shrimp and scallops with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper

Cook angel hair pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water, then drain

Roast shrimp and scallops under the broiler while the pasta is cooking

Add cooked shrimp and scallops to the cooked pasta and pour the lemon garlic butter sauce over the top

Gently toss to combine and serve!
