ROASTED ACORN  SQUASH WITH MAPLE SYRUP

ACORN SQUASH

Step 1

Cut squash in half and scoop out the seeds

Step 2

Cut the halves into slices and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Mix butter, olive oil, maple syrup, salt & allspice

Step 3

Brush acorn squash on both sides with the maple mixture

Step 4

Roast in a 375˚ oven for 15 minutes, flip and roast another 15-20 minutes until fork tender
