SAVORY CORNBREAD PUDDING  WITH JALAPENOS

white cheddar

Step 1

Crumble a 9x13 inch pan of cornbread into a greased baking dish 

Step 2

Saute diced jalapeno and onion in oil in a skillet until softened

Toss jalapeno, onion and white cheddar with the crumbled cornbread

Step 3

Mix buttermillk, cream, eggs and salt in a bowl

Step 4

Pour over the cornbread and press down till cornbread is all moistened

Step 5

Bake at 375˚ for 30-35 minutes until golden brown
