Holistic Coaching for Wholeness and Balance

Wholeness goes beyond what's on your plate.

True well-being is more than just food. It's how you feel in your body, how your energy flows, how you grow, connect, and feel at home in your life.

Finding balance doesn't mean starting over - it means reconnecting with what's already within you. Through The Recipe for Wholeness, we'll explore five key areas of life - Health, Energy, Growth, Connection, and Home - to help you feel grounded, clear, and aligned one small step at a time.

Find Yourself Again

Somewhere along the way, life gets noisy. Between work, parenting, and caring for everyone else, it's easy to lose touch with who you are. You start going through the motions, doing everything, yet feeling disconnected from yourself.

My goal is to help you reconnect with who you are. Rebuilding confidence, balance, and trust in your own rhythm through gentle awareness and small, meaningful shifts.

Return to Simplicity

In a world that's always rushing, sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is slow down. Wellness isn't about adding more - it's about returning to what matters most: real food, joyful movement, restorative rest, and everyday connection.

Together, we'll use The Recipe for Wholeness framework to bring balance back into your days. We will explore the five areas of life that fill you up from the inside out: Health, Energy, Growth, Connection, and Home.

Coaching with me is a judgment-free space. It's a place to be seen, heard, and supported. I'll walk beside you as you create change at a pace that feels kind and sustainable. Together, we'll explore what balance means for you and learn how to adjust your recipe for wholeness whenever life shifts.

Wellness Story Session

A free 20-30 minute introductory conversation to explore where you are in your current season of life. Together, we'll uncover what areas feel out of alignment and what support might serve you best.

The Supported Woman - 1:1 Coaching

A 12-week personalized coaching experience focused on rebuilding your foundation of Health, Energy, Growth, Connection, and Home. Through six bi-weekly sessions, you'll learn to create rhythms that bring calm, clarity, and confidence.
Investment: $1,500 (payment plans available)

Empowered Together - Group Coaching

A 6-week group experience for women ready to reconnect and rise together. Each week, we'll explore one pillar of The Recipe for Wholeness in community, combining reflection, conversation, and gentle accountability.
