🍾 Step by step instructions
To make the fresh strawberry puree, blend the strawberries until liquified. Run the puree through a fine mesh strainer (affiliate link) to remove any seeds.
Pour about ยผ cup of the puree into each champagne flute or wine glass and then fill the remainder of the glass with prosecco.
Garnish drinks with a fresh strawberry on the side of the glass or instead with a half strawberry floating on top.

Strawberry Rossini Cocktail Recipe with Prosecco
Ingredients
- 1 pound strawberries, washed and dried with tops removed, plus extra for garnish (optional)
- 1 bottle chilled prosecco, 750 ml
Instructions
- Add prepared strawberries to a blender and puree until liquified.
- Strain the puree through a fine mesh seive or strainer to remove any seeds or large clumps.
- Pour approximately ยผ cup of the puree into each champagne flute or wine glass and then fill the remainder of the glass slowly with prosecco.
- Garnish glasses with a fresh strawberry, if desired, and serve.
